In co-operation with Keihin Corporation of Japan, one of the world’s most important manufacturers of OE fuel systems, Prins has developed a high-tech sequential gaseous injection system (VSI system), which is suitable for both Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) applications. Prins is working closely with its global customer base to ensure its systems and components work seamlessly with the latest automotive technology providing best in class solutions for mono-,bi- and dual fuel applications. Prins Autogassystemen B.V. is NEN-EN-ISO-9001:2008 certified. All components are in-house tested and comply with EU-R67-01/R110/R115, CSA and EPA regulations. Prins C.O.P. for all components is based on 100% testing prior to delivery.

Prins Direct LiquiMax-2.0 LPG Autogas System

Parallel to the OEM fuel system, the Prins Direct LiquiMax-2.0 system has been designed for  bi-fuel or mono-fuel LPG operation on vehicles with Direct Fuel Injection technology. The Direct LiquiMax-2.0 system is designed for engines with direct fuel injection systems, which means that fuel is injected under high pressure (20-250 bar) directly into the cylinder instead of being injected into the manifold (port injection). Taking advantage of the existing OEM-DI components, the Direct LiquiMax-2.0 performance is equal to that of petrol. With the Direct LiquiMax-2.0 system the driver will experience no difference between LPG and petrol.

Prins VSI-2.0 LPG Autogas System

The entire new Prins VSI-2.0 system is the latest development in alternative fuels. The system is an evolution of the VSI system which has proven itself over the last 10 years. The Prins VSI-2.0 system is available as a LPG as well as a CNG version and is also suitable for the latest generation Direct Injection engines (VSI-DI), also for CNG. The key components of the system are all of OEM quality and specially designed for LPG and CNG applications. All components comply with the strictest regulations and certifications. The installation of the components is very easy due to the compact design of the components. The dedicated diagnostic software is unique and enables fine tuning the VSI-2.0 system for optimal performance and emission reduction. Different tank options are available for the storage of the LPG or CNG.

Prins ValveCare System

ValveCare is a unique additive dosing system, developed exclusively for almost all Prins systems. The system is suitable for all combustion engines, except direct injection engines, with alternative fuels such as LPG and CNG. ValveCare is used to provide the engine the correct dosage of a specially formulated additive which prevents premature valve and valve seat wear. The ValveCare additive has been extensively tested on a number of engines with excellent results.

Why ValveCare?

The valves and the valve seats of some engines are more sensitive to wear when driving on LPG or CNG. This issue does not occur with petrol, because an additive that is present in the fuel lubricates of the valves and the valve seats. This additive is not present in LPG or CNG. With the innovative ValveCare dosing system, it is possible to inject this additive under pressure into the engine together with the LPG or CNG, thus significantly reducing the wear of the valves and the valve seats.

Prins InjectorCare solution

InjectorCare by Prins Autogassystemen is a cleaning fluid specially developed for cleaning gas injectors, and DI injectors. To keep the Prins LPG/CNG system and the original fuel system in optimum condition and to ensure a long service lifespan Prins recommends to use this product.

Why InjectorCare?

InjectorCare easily removes heavy-ends and oil residue that may be left behind in the original fuel system and LPG/CNG system over time. Most of the times this is caused by a poor fuel quality. The heavy ingredients in fuels form a sludge / syrup-like substance which makes LPG/CNG injectors and other engine parts no longer function properly (e.g. sticking injector) or even fail.
